Enter your industry and workforce details, add the training courses your organisation requires (or pick from suggested common training), optionally add employees, then download your customised tracker as an Excel file or CSV.
The Excel download contains four sheets: a Dashboard with compliance summary, a Training Tracker with auto-calculating status formulas, a Training Requirements reference table, and an Employee Directory. Status columns automatically show Completed, Due soon, Overdue, or Not started based on dates you enter.
Yes. In the Employees step you can upload a CSV file with columns for Name, Email, Department, and Role. The tool parses the CSV and adds the employees to your tracker.
